2024 CultureID Year in Review: Celebrating Our MAPCO Team

CultureID’s survey revealed that MAPCO excels in “listening to employee voices.” This recognition highlights our commitment to fostering a workplace where every team member’s input matters. By maintaining open communication channels and empowering a “speak up” culture, we continue to create a thriving and inclusive environment.

President, John Slavik, emphasized the significance of this achievement: “As we close out 2024, I’m proud of the MAPCO Team as the Culture ID Survey results show strong alignment, active listening, and great collaboration among our team. These highlights reflect the power of our values in creating a positive culture and thriving workplace.”

Another standout metric from the survey is that 95% of MAPCO employees feel their coworkers are easy to work with. This statistic reflects the healthy team dynamics, functional collaboration, and reliable peer relationships that are integral to our success. Our team’s dedication to supporting one another has helped build a workplace where individuals can rely on their colleagues and achieve collective goals.

Amanda Dobson, VP of People & Culture, shared her perspective: “I am incredibly proud of the effort our team has dedicated over the past year to enhancing what we already do so naturally well. I am equally honored by the trust our team members have placed in us – through sharing their thoughts in surveys and actively engaging in the Culture Committee.”
