Which Mounting Kit is Right For Me?

Part #324 (17″ U-Bolt Kit) and #325 (21″ U-Bolt kit) (four U-Bolts in each kit) are our most popular cab rack mounting options. 75% of our customers use #324, which is designed for frame rails that are 11″ tall or less. 15% of our customers use #325 which is designed for taller frame rails (frame rails over 11″). Both of these U-Bolt kits account for 90% of applications because they are easy to install without frame-drilling and work well when there is available space in the mounting area.

Sometimes there is limited space to work with on the frame rail. In this case, we offer 3 additional mounting solutions. Kit #326 and #327 are the Deluxe Mounting Kits. They come with a combination of two U-Bolts and two brackets. This style is recommended when only two U-Bolts will fit, but not four, giving an extra option for problem installations.

If the frame rail does not have enough space for any U-Bolts then we offer the Problem Solver Kit, part #323. This is designed for difficult installations in and around air tanks, hanger brackets, cross-members, fuel tanks, etc. It comes with four uniquely designed angle-shaped steel zinc plated brackets (two full and two half), that allow you to mount the feet of the cab rack to the frame with bolts and washers (not included).

Lastly, we offer a 3-Point Mounting Kit, part #394 and #395. This comes with Four Brackets and Two U-Bolts. We have a mounting solution for your application needs, contact our sales team for assistance on choosing the mounting option that will work best for you!

Problem Solver Kit (Part #323)

Designed for installations in which the frame is blocked from using U-bolts by fuel tanks, air tanks, hangers, brackets, crossmembers, etc.
